Also by the acquisition of services, the provisions of Order no. 44 of 2013 regarding the control by periodic verification of the medical devices put into operation and in use. It is desired to conclude a 36-month framework agreement with maximum 2 economic operators and grant subsequent contracts without resuming the competition.
