This is a purchasing coordination among the four institutions coordinated, the coordinating institution is the ETS Rhone Alps. This is a service contract executed following issuance of purchase orders, pursuant to section 77 of the Public Procurement Code. In accordance with European Directive no2004 / 18 / EC of 31.3.2004, the market, which runs by the orders of issue, is considered a framework agreement. The contract will be concluded for an initial period of 12 months of its notification. Type of planes involved: - Plans by type of activity, - ERP, - ERT - Façade planes, - Ground planes, - Building plans, - Plans of flows, - Plans of the equipment, - Security plans, procedures, - Evacuation plans, - Plans networks - ATEX plan, traffic plans etc ... planothèque a cloud will be implemented through a secure Internet server, allowing removal of the plans by the provider, they are downloaded by the EFS and storage. The service provider must implement the national graphic EFS. In any event, the cumulative amount of orders can not exceed the threshold of 762 244 EUR VAT on the maximum possible market (48 months).
