As part of its strategy, GrDF wishes to accelerate the development of the stove and insert natural gas market. Different analyzes indicate that this market has to develop short-term and shows that: - There are few manufacturers and retailers that sell this type of deals in France, - The involvement of a major player in the sector, as GrDF, is essential to the success of the launch. To create links between the different players and to structure the sector, and to communicate to the general public and major players in the GrDF market recorded a sales performance analysis, strategic and operational screening of key players involved and resulted in a first selection of 12 brands representing a national coverage of approximately 400 outlets with a goal of 1,000 stores by 2017. The mission is to recruit and control a team of network leaders with the knowledge and the ability to launch offerings gas: ensuring the animation of selected outlets and their responsibility; realize the monitoring, control and reporting of sales activities of each of the outlets; decline the common commercial action plan GrDF / Manufacturers; technical skills up commercial outlets; GrDF on the eight regions.
