This tender relates to the outsourcing of SI Finance, including lodging, supervision and management of IT infrastructure required to operate the SI Finance and Accounting health agencies (Sifas) and its operation and administration. The SIFAS application, built on the erp Qualiac, is currently under construction (project 2015). It will be integrated on the outsourced platform, object of this market, for the period SIFAS recipe (PVFP). The market is divided according to the following services: - Benefit 1: Initialization and control - Delivery 2: Establishment of the accommodation (including host connection and agencies) - Benefit 3: Placing an application - Benefit 4: Accommodation and exploitation of VM and technical base - Benefit 5: Operating activities and recurrent administration - Benefit 6: Services on demand - Benefit 7: Reversing This consultation has been the subject of a control group of full integration between the MSNA, the Inca, InVS, inpes and Eprus. ANSM is coordinator of the group.
