The subject of the contract is also the services related to the supply of goods and the servicing of full-automatic analyzers referred to in point 2.2 of part c. Description of the subject matter of the contract documents. The nucleic acid (nat) examination of the required viruses (hepatitis b, C and hiv) will be performed individually for an individual donor - idt testing (individual donor testing) - also as idt. The offered subject of the contract must meet the requirements of the generally binding regulations and regulations of the government of the slovak republic as well as the european union directives, In particular: - act no. 264/1999 coll., On technical requirements for products, On conformity assessment and on amendments and supplements to some acts, As amended, - act no. 362/2011 coll. On medicinal products and medical devices, As amended, - government regulation no. 569/2001 coll. Laying down the technical requirements and procedures for conformity assessment of in vitro diagnostic medical devices as amended.
