Technological equipment for the production of rapeseed methyl ester (mero). The provided technological equipment will serve to process crude oil from oilseed rape to the final biofuel product (oil rape methyl ester, Mero). The production capacity required is 30,000 tonnes per year. The production process itself is divided into two logical entities. The first is the so-called degumming where raw material (cdro) is produced from crude oil for the next stage of processing. The second is own production of mero from a pre-prepared cdro. Logic units together form an integral technology for the processing of crude oil of rapeseed oil. By-products of rapeseed oil processing are cdro and glycerol.
