This assignment was a separate plot in the previously published announcement Mail delivery Nijmegen and Environment (s 215 051 188 928 dd. 03.13.2015). The treatment of this plot was suspended pending an appeal procedure. The procedure for the other plot is walked. Treatment for the old Lot 1 will resume with this announcement after the dismissal of the objection. The starting point of this tender is to use a 1 Entrepreneur framework agreement to shut down for the distribution and delivery of mail and packets in the Netherlands and abroad. The intention is to establish a sound cooperation, with the Awarding Body and Entrepreneur constantly controlling on the optimization of the quality of service and of the operations. The main features offered by the Awarding Body be put to the service are: security and good service value for money. Principal proposes a framework to to go for a period of four years commencing 1.1.2016 and legally ending on 31.12.2019, with an extension option of 2 x 2 years. Becomes opted for a long-term due to the guarantee of continuity for the metal ployees deployed via Social Return.
