The assignment concerns the supply of fully automatic and semi-automatic analyzers and associated hard / software, Service and consumables for the amc and vumc. Amc and vumc are in a merger process, But are currently still two different legal entities. Because amc and vumc coordinate their work processes, A joint tender has been chosen whereby the same requirements and wishes will be asked. Because amc and vumc are legally different entities, Each house will enter into a separate contract with the provider to whom the assignment will be awarded. These contracts will be identical in content, Except for eg contact persons, Invoice and delivery address and it and maintenance related matters. The implementation will be organized differently for both houses.
