These services cover installations in buildings occupied or occupied by To Be The Following institutions in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg: - The European Commission - items I, II and III, - The European Parliament - items I and III, - The European Court of Auditors - items I, II and III. * Lot 2 Involves the provision of preventive and corrective maintenance services and related works and services, with an obligation to achieve achievement results, for various kinds of lifting equipment in the buildings managed by the European Commission in Brussels and the surrounding area. The services are distributed as follows: - General Maintenance works: item I: single rent guarantee; item II: all-purpose guarantee extension; Item III: guarantee of preservation, - Specific works.
