The subject of procurement is the delivery of six (6) new devices for DNA sequencing laboratory - OMICS more specified in the tender documents. Instruments will become part of the instrumentation project BIOCEV. It is an instrumentation for sample preparation system for next generation sequencing (next generation sequencing, NGS). The equipment will be used for scientific research work and teaching of students (including graduate) .In accordance with ? 98 ZVZ public contract is divided into five (5) sections below. The subject of procurement is delivery devices listed below: - Part 1 Public Procurement: The incubation system for preparing samples for NGS (1 piece) - Part 2 Public procurement: Fluorometer testing proteins, RNA, DNA (1 piece) - Part 3 Public Procurement: DNA sonicator to prepare the library for NGS (1 piece) - Part 4 Procurement: table centrifuge rotors for cooling Tube (1 piece) and large-volume refrigerated centrifuge table with rotor plate with 4 min. RCF (g) 3000 (1 piece) - Part 5 Procurement: Table laminar box for preparing PCR (1 piece). The subject of the public contract includes the supply of individual always above mentioned devices, including transportation to the place of performance, installation, ie. The entire link into infrastructure according to the place of performance, commissioning, demonstration devices, operator training, warranty service, free firmware upgrade equipment, software control system or. transfer all necessary documentation.
