The Contracting Authority considering the nature of the subject contract, respectively. according to the nature of individual supply, procurement divided into two parts. In the notice of commencement of tender procedure the contracting authority to define in detail the subject of individual parts procurement and other requirements related to the allocation of public contracts. Supplier was entitled to submit a bid for one or both of the public contract. The contracting authority of this public contract as a limit public supply contract by open procedure under the Act no. 137/2006 Coll., On Public Procurement, as amended (the Act).
