The subject of the contract is the purchase of specialized laboratory technology forming a single logical unit. The technology is primarily intended for sample preparation, Measurement of physical properties, Thermal and rheological properties of polymers, Properties of petroleum products for the determination of sorption and thermal properties of these polymers and monomers. These activities will also include the testing of agricultural polymers and their impact on the sector, Such as seed vitality tests and crop growth tests. According to §28 par. (2) where the contracting authority does not divide the contract into lots, It shall state the justification in the contract notice or in the contract notice; This obligation does not apply to the award of a concession.
