The licensing authority may issue a certificate, On the basis of an intermediate certification statement, Issue the licenses for each section and the full line. Conformity assessment is basically. - the requirements set out in ovsz ii, - the system requirements (technical specifications, Standards to be applied, Etc.) provided by the contracting authority for the m3 fuse, - the system requirements of the avr system (technical specifications, Applicable standards, Etc.) - compliance with the design requirements for component / system components designed to be used for the application (including avr) in the aptitude / - the system integrity provided by the interlocking system and the other subsystems that cooperate with the avr subsystem. Conformity assessment activities are basically based on the refurbished and / revised system security, Which includes the following main systems: - security equipment system and avr train control system.
