In 2011, Grandlyon Habitat acquired heritage technical management software which until now was only used with alphanumeric data. In 2018, the organization launched its 1st operation in BIM Construction. So in a desire to enrich the technical base and converge the BIM Construction and the BIM Exploitation, it is decided in 2021 to launch an existing heritage digitization plan.
