The description of the services and their technical specifications are indicated in the special technical clauses (cctp), Common to all lots and in the unit price schedule (bpu), Specific to each lot. The maximum annual amounts are as follows: - lot 1 - soil maintenance and planting: Eur 120 000 (excluding vat), - lot 2 - ~pruning and felling~: Eur 25 000 (excluding vat). The framework agreement is concluded for a period of one year from 1.11.2018 or from the date of notification to the holder if it exceeds 1.11.2018. It may be renewed for a further period of 1 year without the total duration of the framework agreement (including renewals) not exceeding 4 years.
