Contract award: Provision of Gravimetric dispenser. The subject of the public tender is the assembly of the gravimetric feeder, which consists of three feeders, one dosing pump, a mobile stand and the control unit and together form the group compatible dispensing equipment. Assembly dispensers will serve to gravimetric dosing of powdery, granular and fibrous, respectively. pelletized materials with high precision dosed quantities and the volumetric dosing of liquids and the lateral dosing directly into a flow reactor through a converter. The assembly must be for compatibility with the exception of metering pumps from one manufacturer. The equipment will be designed for continuous dosing regimen, fitted against the bridged particulate materials antiblocking powder of hygroscopic materials, equipped to use an inert gas atmosphere. Liquid handling is done with regard to the possibility of dosing mineral oils, peroxides, solutions, isocyanates and amines in organic solvents. Part of the dispensing device are connection paths for various sizes of continuous flow reactors. Dosing device will operate in the range of dosed quantities suitable for the preparation of polymer materials with excellent homogeneity, a high range of concentrations of the solid phase and the auxiliary additives. Dosing device will work with an excellent reproducibility of the mass distribution of the dispersed phase and the uniform course of heterogeneous reactions. In terms of construction, it will be several dispensing devices stainless-steel tanks equipped dosed materials of appropriate sizes, interchangeable screws and coils respectively. pumps for dosing liquids, and their accessories, further inputs will be equipped in flow reactors and stand for easier handling and servicing of dosing units. The delivery will be a control unit for min. 2 dosing devices and control modules on each dosing devices.
