For pouring the anti-trauma rubber carpet at the playgrounds, the bistratified system is used, as follows: - the base layer is made of a mixture of SBR granules and special adhesive, homogenized and poured on the spot on the well compacted gravel layer; - The wear layer is composed of a mixture of EPDM granules and a special adhesive, homogenized and poured on the spot over the base layer, having a red color in the proportion of maximum 90%, to which at least two contrasting colors are added in a minimum of 10% coverage. each in different and attractive forms for children. Its casting will be done after the arrangement of the land from a functional, urban, constructive and aesthetic point of view, in spaces delimited with existing borders. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification before the deadline for submitting tenders for 10 days.
