Conclusion of a framework agreement for catering services for 16 centers (369 beneficiaries) - Lot II for the acquisition of services over a period of 18 months, with an estimated value of the subsequent contract with the highest value of RON 1,017 196.47 without VAT and estimated value of the framework agreement - RON 3 074 068.89 excluding VAT. Conclusion of a framework agreement for catering services for three centers (36 beneficiaries) - lot III for the acquisition of services over a period of 18 months, with an estimated value of the subsequent contract with the highest value of -148 825.44 RON without VAT and estimated value of the framework agreement - RON 449 765.28 excluding VAT. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification, additional information on the 15th day before the deadline set for submitting tenders, according to GEO no. 107/2017. The deadline until which op. ec. I can send requests for further clarifications / information, it is 15 days (before the deadline for submitting offers / applications). Considering the term mentioned in point I.1), as well as the provisions of art. 161 para. (2) of Law no. 98/2016 amended by GEO no. 45/2018, regarding the deadline of response of the contracting authority to the requests for clarifications, the contracting authority will respond to the requests for clarifications 10 days before the deadline for submitting tenders.
