Applicants may be a telecommunication operator, Network solution integrator and / or public service delegation operator (dsp). Lot 1: - renewal of the extended network interconnecting all the sites of the chambers of agriculture of the former rhône-alpes region (about 40 sites), Articulated around a datacenter (dcfordata - limonest 69 until may 2019), - possibility of extending this network to the sites of the chambers of agriculture of the former auvergne region (about 30 sites); Lot 2: It is a question of providing an internet bandwidth service totally operated and redundant either on the backbone of the operator or in the heart of network of our datacenter, Knowing that we administer.
