The supplier must deliver refrigeration within a capacity frame (effect) which is incrementally expanded from min. 6 mw per 1.1.2020 to min. 7.3 mw per 01/01/2021. Furthermore, There is an option to supply refrigeration of up to 11 mw. The option will ensure that the refrigeration supplier is also able to provide the subsequent upgrades of nau in the period 2021-2040. In addition, The refrigerant supplier must ensure that 1.5 mw emergency cooling is always available in case of accident (redundancy).
