Typical uses of the media of the last year by the contracting authority are reflected in the quantities included in the price-setting tables, But the contracting authority does not undertake to order the quantities indicated there, But instead to send occasional orders to the winning tenderers according to the maximum amount indicated for each lot. The delivery of the media to the contracting authority~s warehouse shall be the responsibility of the successful tenderer for all parts. The drawings are sent on a case-by-case basis according to the needs. In the case of proven defective products, The contracting authority expects to receive a free replacement guarantee from the tenderer, In addition to the use of contractual obligations (contract confirmation guarantees) to secure the contract specified in the contract.
