CNES gradually built since the 1990s a set of resources and services dedicated to altimetry missions. This also includes orbitography services and precise location of these missions. The procedure is to choose the incumbent will ensure the services below. The provision concerning: - Implementation of altimetry CNES tasks involving the command / control instruments altimeters and DORIS, management of instrumental calibrations, and treatment of geophysical data, - Implementation of activities calibration / validation (CALVAL) altimetry, radiometry, orbit determination and precise location, expertise and development, including the type of distribution service to users and archiving altimetry products and product expertise mission - Operational maintenance of specific ways, - Adaptation and / or preparation of the necessary tools for implementation, technical and scientific support. Industrial teams will be located outside the Space Center of Toulouse site (CST). Extramural location of operations teams implies compliance with stringent security requirements, including physical protection of the premises and the establishment by the media holder exclusively dedicated to CNES for all activity on remote resources .
