The contract is for the implementation of mining operations (maintenance) of heating, cooling, air handling, air conditioning and domestic hot water representing all thermal equipment contributing to comfort of users some public high schools in the Region. Within the meaning of Article 10 of the Public Procurement Code, the consultation does not include a lot. a contract is concluded for a fixed price, subject to revision. Currency: Tenders must be presented in euros. the market does not have a slice in the sense of Article 72 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract has a term of one year from the date of notification. It is renewable 3 times, a maximum of 4 years. The deadlines for each task are specified in the tender particular technical clauses.
