The subject of the contract is the granting and service of a long -term loan, for a period of 10 years, in the amount of PLN 11,000,000.00 (in words: eleven million zlotys) to finance the planned budget deficit in the amount of PLN 7,500,000.00 and for repayment earlier loans and loans in the amount of PLN 3,500,000.00. The period of setting funds is available to the Ordering Party: 1st tranche until 15/09/2023 - PLN 3,500,000.00, II tranche until 30.10.2023 - PLN 3,500,000.00, III tranche until 10.12.2023 - 4,000 000.00 PLN. The Employer reserves the right to change the above payday dates and the amount of tranches after prior written notification of the Contractor within 10 days before the planned change. In the event of an extension of the tender procedure (e.g. appeal), the payday dates will be extended by the time to extend the procedure.
