With the modernization of these streets, the existing pedestrian sidewalks will be rehabilitated, the access to housing, green spaces and road signaling. br Currently, car and pedestrian traffic is carried out under improper conditions, because the road structure on the analyzed streets is presented in the form of an asphalt clothing of variable thicknesses, which was, in part of the streets, laid on a rigid cement concrete layer, and in Rest on a foundation made of ballast or broken stone of variable thicknesses. The asphalt clothing and structure are in a state of accentuated degradation, being able to observe potholes, cuts, as well as bumps, faience, PR ...
