In the medium to longer term it is critical, for the success of the reform, that capacity for ongoing change management is embedded in ministries and similar entities. Participation by the change management leadership of each ministry and similar entities in the undp public procurement change agents programme including use of the associated toolkit, training and ongoing support will facilitate the change process.
