(e) the provision of technical and consultancy support for an estimated duration of up to 150 hours. For the avoidance of any doubt, the contracting authority stipulates that the contracting authority is not obliged to fully utilize the above-mentioned technical and consulting support services, at the same time being entitled not to use these services at all.
