The contract will consist of the provision of advisory services and technical assistance in the Feasibility Study and related documents, for preparing grant applications for accessing European funds in the period 2016-2020. The services in drafting documents, advising or providing specialized technical assistance to the contracting authority in order to elaborate the documents necessary to access European funds in the POIM 2016-2020, allowing continuation strategy for the development of regional operator of water and wastewater in Northern and north-east county. Sibiu, in order to achieve the targets assumed by Romania~s EU Accession Treaty. The specific objectives of this contract are: - Supporting the contracting authority in the preparation of grant applications, including supporting documents (feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, Institutional Analysis, Environmental Impact Assessment, Technical Studies, Advice and technical expertise), in close correlation with the Master Plan existing the area of the project, based on the requirements of the specification; - Providing support for the proposed project during the feasibility (technical, economic, financial, institutional, legal, environmental protection, by considering the project~s impact on climate change and adaptation, etc.); - Preparation of the request for service contracts, engineering and equipment supply of the future investment project with respect to the application and feasibility studies approved. - Organizing at least two seminars (workshops) presentation of the feasibility study and tender documentation - Providing support to stakeholders during the development of procedures for the award of service contracts in future investment project - Provide technical assistance in quality projects during execution of the works, in accordance with Law 10/1995, for the works to be designed Provider - Developing an implementation schedule of proposed investments The estimated value of the contract does not include sundries and contingencies.
