The subject of the tender is the supply of laboratory instruments for DNA sequencing - OMICS further specified in the tender documents. The unit will become part of the instrumentation project BIOCEV. It is a system for next generation sequencing (next generation sequencing, NGS). The equipment will be used for scientific research work and teaching students (including graduate). The subject of the public contract includes the supply of high-capacity desktop sequencer using NGS sequencing by synthesis technology enables to analyze simultaneously the various sections of DNA in large numbers, thereby obtaining a large amount of information about the primary structure of DNA, including accessories as specified by the contracting authority, including transportation to the place of performance, installation, ie. A complete wiring infrastructure to be constructed according to the place of supply, commissioning, demonstration of instruments, operator training, warranty service, a free upgrade device firmware, software for device control, eventually. transfer all the necessary documentation, including relocation and reinstallation of performance subject to the new building downtown BIOCEV based on written demand by the buyer.
