David Petržílek 150 21 Praha 5 CZECH REPUBLIC Telephone: +420 257280352 E-mail: petrzilek@kr-s.cz Internet Implementation of advanced RIS services within the project IRIS Europe 3rd Contract award: Implementation of advanced RIS services within the project IRIS Europe 3rd Further expanding the functionality of river information services operating in the Czech Republic with the central system LAVDIS operated by the State Navigation Administration, will be the introduction of these new services that are separate software and hardware components integrated with existing information systems: 1) The AIS base stations (4.3 SuAc project IRIS Europe 3). Includes supply and installation of two base stations Inland AIS to the existing structure, the implementation of a central database of AIS, including network management and monitoring of AIS data for navigation and the introduction of interface with the database system LAVDIS; 2) The system optimization proplavov?n? (4.3 SuAc project IRIS Europe 3). Developed and implemented a software tool for the automatic modeling proplavov?n? plan, its verification and optimization, including calibration, installed on a central server LAVDIS, pilot attached to the lock Prague Sm?chov including hardware. It will include the development of a simple desktop application on board the vessel for communication with LAVDIS for voyage planning; 3) meteorological information - (4.3 SuAc project IRIS Europe 3). Developed and implemented the model for prediction of fog and other hazardous meteorological phenomena for navigation, including identification fogs based on meteorological data collected on the waterway; 4) generating statistics (4.3 SuAc project IRIS Europe 3). Based on the embedded core statistical system of navigation on the server will be introduced advanced LAVDIS generate statistical reports, including a user interface for setting the generation and presentation; 5) interface for data exchange with European services (4.3 SuAc project IRIS Europe 3). Developed and implemented the tool for automatic duplex data exchange between systems LAVDIS and European services as ERDMS; 6) Interface for logistics services (4.2 SuAc project IRIS Europe 3). Analyzed and developed to interface with external LAVDIS logistics services, using standard RIS R2D2 and Web services, installation and configuration of hardware and software servers, including links to the network infrastructure.
