The stand was procured according to scottish procurement regulations. It was a 150 sqm stand. In 2018, epcc has been asked to deliver this task again but with a larger 330sqm stand. We wish to use the original stand as our starting point and as such a different supplier would cause disproportionate technical difficulties, overcoming which would provide very poor value for money.
