The subject of the contract are services consisting in periodic technical inspections, maintenance and current repair of computer tomographs (2 pcs) along with descriptive stations and services consisting in periodic technical inspections of the camera - SPECT / CT (1 pc.). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order has been demonstrated and described in the Price form (Annex No. 2) and in contracts No. 1 and 2 (Annex 3) constituting an integral part of the specification of the terms of the contract. 3. Contractual conditions for the implementation of the public procurement of the public procurement shall contain designs of contracts that constitute an integral part of the SWZ.
