Contract award notice: The consortium consists of the departmental council of Eure-et-Loir, the City of Chartres and the Communauté d'agglomération Chartres Métropole for the purchase of telecommunications services. The departmental council of Eure-et-Loir is the coordinator of the grouping. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders with only one economic operator per lot. The benefits are divided into 2 lots. The estimated start date for the services is 1.4.2017 for the 2 lots. Lot 1 will cover the mobility needs of the public person. (70% of the fleet and mobile terminal fleet needs), with reinforcement batch 2 being limited to a maximum coverage of 30% of the needs. As a result, the successful candidate for Lot 1 (the largest prize in value) will be rejected for Lot 2.
