The AFNOR Group launched in 2012 the first edition of the Barometer of hospitality and the relationship to users in City Hall to collect and evaluate through type ratings citizen-mystery real perception service users that have visited mayor and intermunicipal over 2000 inhabitants. This approach was extended to the perimeter general advice. The AFNOR Group wishes to reiterate its barometer in 2016, and hopes to eventually expand the scope (optional) to other public services, such as: - Libraries and media centers, - CCAS, community centers or municipal social services, - Nurseries, - Public swimming pools governed, - retirement homes, - Houses or public service relays. The barometer has an annual basis and the results have a goal of external communication (awards ceremony).
