Funds are allocated in this year~s budget for the upgrade; 5. Timing the upgrade before 31st March would also enable a smooth transition to the new Financial Coding~s being introduced with the Oracle upgrade on 1st April. This new information would be uploaded into the new version of Concept by the supplier during the upgrade.
