Lot 2: Supervision of works for the construction from first to fourth category of sites for construction and repair of roads and streets and other transport infrastructure. Lot 3: Supervision of works for the construction from first to fourth category for construction and repair of water supply, sewage facilities, related facilities and other hydraulic structures. Lot 4: Supervision of works for the construction from first to fourth category for construction and repair of facilities for the construction of external power. Power, street lighting, telecommunication systems and all others in the field of electricity and telecommunications. Lot 5: Supervision of works on construction of first to fourth category of objects of high construction and development and landscaping of the adjacent terrain. Lot 6: Supervision of works on construction of first to fourth category for the development of land, landslide, dikes and others. and greening of urban spaces. Lot 7: Preparation of conformity assessment of investment projects with the EEA, drafting certificate design features energy efficient building before commissioning and conducting energy efficiency audits and prescription needed ESM in accordance with regulations and minimum requirements for energy efficiency and certification under the Energy efficiency Act of municipal buildings. The object of this contract is the performance of consulting services in the design and construction of municipal buildings in Lot 1: Preparation of reports assessing compliance of municipal projects for all types of construction from first to third category and surveys to establish the technical characteristics related requirements of Art. 169 par. 1 pt. (1-5) and par. 2 LSP and preparation of technical passport of municipal sites, namely: the PSC and pressure to pour rsh before WWTP Vetren .
