Maintenance and repair 22 elevators serving in the administration buildings of the National Theatre I. L.Caragiale Bucharest and providing at least 3 lifters authorized by ISCIR. Lifts under management contracting authority shall be divided as follows: - Command universal - 10 lifts; - With permanent caregiver - 6 lifts; - With permanent caregiver - 6 lifts. The contract is valid until 31.12.2016 and may be extended by an addendum, within budget funds approved annually for this purpose in the budget of the contracting authority, in terms of art. 6 para. 3 of GD. 925/2006. Bid evaluation will be made by reference to the minimum interval value, estimated up to date 31.12.2016. The maximum value of the range value includes the value of supplementation, when signing the addendum, limited budget allocation.
