The project objective is to provide more efficient and quality services from the tee to the members and citizens in general, within the institutional role using Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). The project aims firstly to develop three systems to simplify and improve existing processes and create new, and also the supply of equipment and software licenses for the production of seven systems, through which the TCG will provide electronic services with the technical world and the country~s citizens. The work to be performed is distinguished in three (3) sections of Table 1, each of which is a separate part of this contract.
