Bidders must refer to the complete RFP document for a full description of the requirement and the full bid instructions. This requirement is open only to Supply Arrangement Holders under EW479-162880/C. Estimated number of contracts to be awarded: 1 All SA Holders for the Ontario Areas of service have been invited to submit a proposal. Background The Chief Electoral Officer of Canada (CEOC), an agent of Parliament, exercises general direction and supervision over the conduct of elections and referendums at the federal level. The CEOC heads the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer, commonly known as Elections Canada. The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer required the use of a large quantity of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to conduct the 44th general election in a pandemic context. The majority of the purchased inventory was used during the Electoral Event but a large portion was returned unused or partially used, leaving EC with a large inventory. The unused inventory was verified and returned to stock in the hopes of being reused for future events or other purposes. EC proceeded with disposing a large quantity of his stock through the GC Donations program, up to the point where the expiration date was reached, thus making the program no longer usable. EC is still left with a substantial inventory, now in need to be recycled/disposed of in an env...
