(iv) Updating the Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) schedule with new information when presented during the negotiations / post An Bord Pleanála applications. Tenderers should note that the BusConnects infrastructure programme will require the acquisition of approximately 1600 properties of all types with multiple acquisitions being undertaken concurrently. In addition, the Service Provider will be required to provide general advice and assistance to the Authority in relation to all aspects of property acquisition as set out in tender documentation. The details of the various elements comprising the Services are set out in tender documentation. The estimated contract value for the duration, including any extensions is €3.75m.
