The subject of the tender is the supply of instrumentation to the place of performance below according to the technical specifications set out in Annex no. 2 of this tender documentation - Details of the public contract (technical specifications). It is the delivery of new (nerepasovaných, unused) medical devices and equipment or technology to guarantee min. 36 months including assembly, installation and commissioning of performance subject to full operation, training of staff (training according to Law no. 123/2000 Coll., On medical devices, as amended), including: - Transportation of items of supply to the place of performance, - Installation of all items of supply in the filling and assembly (establishment, compilation and linking items of supply, links to resources, in particular connection to the local electrical distribution system, to a low power optical distribution systems, water mains, demineralised water, gas, industrial gases, heat, cold or air (if the feature items procured supplies of devices subject to such a connection) - Putting all the items of supply into full operation, testing and verification of the correct functioning or adjustment, demonstrate full functionality to perform a trial operation items deliveries (medical devices and other equipment) as well as perform other tasks and activities necessary to the delivery (Item supplies) to fulfill the agreed or usual purpose, - Delivery of all public decisions and permits necessary for putting all the items of supply into full operation, - Disposal of packaging and waste associated with the delivery and installation of the subject of performance. All activities relating to the supply must be carried out in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, and technical and other standards applicable to the public contract in terms of its nature and manner of use. Public contract includes the following items: blood gas analyzer and ion / bedside / 1 pc. More detailed specifications in the tender documents.
