The key requirement of the wireless concession network is to: — Enhance the cellular/next generation wireless infrastructure as widely as is commercially feasible across the City of London which will, in turn, offer a world class wholesale network to wireless services providers and operators. This should be achieved by a concessionaire utilising the City of London Corporation asset base. — Extend and improve cellular capacity to ensure the provision of optimum coverage across the Square Mile (see map in Annex 7.5) to meet increasing data needs.
