(hereinafter referred to as PE) and executive provisions to this Act, b) instructions for the movement and operation of the distribution network (hereinafter: IRIESD) Innogy Stoen Operator Sp. z o.o., to which the National Theater is connected. 3) The total maximum estimated electricity demand in the period from 01.07.2022 to 31.12.2024 is: a) power supply I - 3625.00 MWh, b) Power supply II - 1625.00 MWh, c) The Ordering Party will pay the Contractor for the actually used electricity, determined according to the indications of measuring devices.d) in connection with the caveat referred to in point c), the contracting authority undertakes that he will collect as part of the subject of the contract, which at least 70 % of the estimated amount of electricity referred to in point 3 ....
