The subject of performance of this contract is to ensure the operation of facilities for recovery, disposal, collection or purchase pursuant to § 14 of the Act. no. 185/2001 Coll. on waste and amending certain other acts, as amended, in the City of Decin (hereinafter referred to as scrap yard), which will be defined below the operating time to ensure collection and purchase further defined wastes and their subsequent recovery or disposal depending on the species waste. Collection and purchase of the operator~s collection will provide the natural persons listed in generally binding decree from Decin no. 3/2012 on local fees for the operation of the system for collection, transportation, sorting and disposal of waste (hereinafter citizen). Sponsor Candidates should note that it is not the owner or operator of any collection point and hence the establishment and operation of collecting yard for the purpose of this contract is a matter candidate.
