Hrs is recognised by our statutory partners as an intervention that prevents or delays more intensive health and social care provision across the system.the authority is seeking interested and qualified providers to supply & Deliver 24/7 accommodation based support for young people (5 units), Housing related support services for lot 4.1 by entering in to a 2 year framework, With an option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month period or periods.
