The property includes a four-storey double-leaf construction with rolling roofs, diaphragms, lantern pitches and towers, a two-storey hall construction with flat roof and a polygonal clock tower with a hooded roof and lantern. The outer wall of the ground floor is made of rusticized sandstone wall masonry, the upper floors are massively plastered and the entire building with rich Art Nouveau decoration. The northern outbuilding is a two-storey plastered solid construction with walm roof and sandstone listening. Massive damage to the façade and the roof, as well as static problems of the ceilings in the second basement require comprehensive renovation. The works are to be carried out in close coordination with the monument protection, references are queried in this regard.
