The subject of the order is the supply of natural gas in the period on January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024 for participants of the Krakow Gas Shopping Group in the amount of 50 181 024 kWh to 358 collection points in accordance with the table below (part and orders) and gas supply in cylinders - 24 cylinders of 11 kg (part II of the order). 3.2. About 81.7% of the volume of natural gas covers the so -called Tariff protection resulting from art. 62 BB or 62 Energy Law Act. 3.3. During the period of the contract, the Employer undertakes to collect the minimum contractual volume (MWU) of gas fuel in the amount of 75% of the estimated amount of gas fuel. If the contracting authority does not receive MWU during the contractual period, he will then be obliged to pay the contractor for a contractual penalty for each 1 kWh of gas fuel, constituting the difference between MWU and the amount actually received in the amount of 75 % of the price for gas fuel, calculated by the ZG ...
