The subject of the order is the supply of vegetable and fruit products. 2. The Employer provides for the right of the option in the proceedings in question. The right option means that the contracting authority will definitely buy a guaranteed amount. The optional value of the contract is a maximum value, and its non -realization (in whole or in part) cannot constitute a basis for the contractor to pursue any claims in this respect.
