The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of drugs and vaccines in 8 packages, hereinafter referred to as goods, described in detail in Appendix No. 1B to the Terms of Reference. Pricing form. 2. The Contractor undertakes to deliver to the Ordering Party the subject of the order in parts, on the basis of successive orders specifying the range and quantity as soon as possible, but not longer than within 2 days, counted from the moment of placing the order (on working days from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and public holidays). 3. The contracting authority will place an order by fax or e-mail. The Contractor is obliged to confirm each order immediately by fax to +48 124312898 or by e-mail to the following address: apteka@dzieciecyszpital.pl 4. Deliveries of the insured goods, along with carrying and unloading the goods, shall be made at the contractor's expense, which should be included in the price of the package. 5.
