Considering that the supply of medicines is made according to the number of patients, information that is not known precisely when initiating a procedure for purchasing medicines, the contracting authority decided that for each batch, the procedure should be finalized by the conclusion each one-agreement with several bidders, the maximum number 3, for a period of 36 months. Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded CS frequency monthly or whenever necessary, depending on the number of hospitalizations. AC for each batch separately, cant. east. min. and cant. east. max. in accordance with the provisions of the specifications. CS for each batch, I cant. east. min. and cant. east. max. in accordance with the provisions of the specifications. CS for each batch, wave. east. min. and max. of a CS in accordance with the provisions of the specifications. For each lot, the quantity of the largest subsequent contract = cant. max. of the CS above, in accordance with the provisions of the specifications. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreements and of the subsequent contracts can be found in the annex to the specifications. Subsequent contracts will be concluded according to the needs of the contracting authority, the minimum and maximum quantities being estimated and can be found in the annex to the specifications. The deadline in which the AC will respond clearly and completely to all requests for further clarifications / information will be on the 13th day before the deadline for submitting the offers according to art. 160 in conjunction with art. 161 of Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions. Number of days up to which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders / applications 20 days.
